At Men & Women of Purpose Ministry, we're always excited to welcome new visitors. We hope you'll join us for a service, and we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. We have services Worship Service on Sundays at 3:00 p.m., Prayer on Mondays at 6 p.m. and on Bible Study on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. service.
Our church is located at 5124 W. Madison, Chicago, IL 60644, and parking is easily found along Madison.
When you come to join us for the first time,
one of our ushers will be glad to help you become comfortable. If you'd like, they'll help you find restrooms, sanctuary, and of course, coffee after the service if availavble. If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to let us know if you need help to the door.
During the service,
you'll hear our faith expressed in the songs we sing, prayers we offer up, and our pastor's preaching. All parts of our service are grounded in the Bible, which we are committed to upholding.

Sisterhood Ministry
The Sisterhood Ministry is a vibrant community where women come together to deepen their faith, encourage one another, and serve with purpose. Through worship, Bible study, retreats, and community outreach, we are committed to growing in Christ and building strong, supportive relationships that extend beyond the church walls. We believe in empowering women to walk boldly in their calling while fostering genuine friendships rooted in love and faith. Sisterhood Sunday Service is held every 1st Sunday of the month, offering a special time for women to lead in worship and share their testimonies with the congregation. Throughout the year, we also plan activities that blend fun and faith, creating opportunities to connect, celebrate, and grow together in Christ.
Brotherhood Ministry
The Brotherhood Ministry, under the leadership of Co-Pastor James Scott, is dedicated to helping men grow in their walk with Christ through fellowship, mentorship, and discipleship. We strive to build a strong community of brothers who encourage one another, study God’s Word together, and hold each other accountable as we mature spiritually. Beyond spiritual growth, we believe in enjoying our lives in Christ through fun, uplifting activities that strengthen our bonds and create lasting memories. Brotherhood Sunday Service is held every 4th Sunday of the month, providing a special time for men to lead in worship and share their faith with the congregation. Join us as we grow together, serve with purpose, and celebrate the joy of brotherhood in Christ.
Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry is devoted to nurturing the spiritual growth and development of young people, helping them build a strong foundation in Christ through engaging teaching, fellowship, and service opportunities. We create a safe, welcoming environment where youth can explore their faith, ask questions, and grow in their relationship with God and one another. Every 3rd Sunday is Youth Sunday, when our young people take an active role in leading worship and sharing their gifts with the congregation—empowering them to serve, lead, and shine for Christ in their own unique ways.
Ministers of Men & Women of Purpose
At Men & Women of Purpose Ministry, our ministers serve with a heart for God and a passion for people, dedicating themselves to glorifying God through prayer, teaching, service, and community outreach. Rooted in love and led by the Holy Spirit, they walk alongside individuals and families as they grow in faith, face life’s challenges, and discover their God-given purpose. Their work extends beyond the church walls—offering support to the sick, the brokenhearted, and those in crisis or need of encouragement. Whether through preaching, pastoral care, or hands-on outreach, our ministers lead by example with humility, boldness, and compassion. Together, they uphold the vision of our ministry: to be a place of healing, growth, and empowerment. At Men & Women of Purpose Ministry, every soul is welcomed, every gift is nurtured, and every life is valued in the eyes of God.
Worship Ministry
The Worship Ministry at Men and Women of Purpose Ministry is devoted to leading our congregation into heartfelt, Spirit-filled worship through music and song. Our mission is to create an atmosphere where God’s presence is welcomed and His people can freely express their love and devotion. We serve with excellence and humility, using our gifts to uplift, inspire, and draw hearts closer to Christ. From praise and worship teams to musicians and vocalists, we work together in unity to glorify God and set the tone for meaningful encounters with Him. Through every note and lyric, we aim to point souls to Jesus and encourage a deeper, more personal relationship with Him.
Dance Ministry
Our Dance Ministry is dedicated to teaching praise dancers how to glorify God through the art of movement. In this ministry, dancers of all ages and skill levels learn to express heartfelt worship and tell the story of God’s goodness with grace, passion, and purpose. Through prayerful choreography and training, we seek to create an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit leads every step—transforming dance into a powerful act of praise that inspires, uplifts, and draws others closer to Christ. Join us as we honor God with our whole selves and celebrate His glory through the beauty of dance.
Nursing Auxillary
The Nursing Auxiliary at Men and Women of Purpose Ministry is a devoted team committed to serving our congregation with care and compassion. We assist during services and events, offering a helping hand wherever needed, ensuring order and comfort for all. Our mission is to reflect Christ’s love through dedicated service, hospitality, and genuine concern for the well-being of our church family.
